Jumped up a little bit but ok with it. I'm happy it's not a lot more after binging during the 4th of July holiday. I actually like my diet and exercise plan right now. I'm not rigorously exercising but I continue to do yoga almost daily, walk, and doing the 100 push-up challenge (kicks butt). I look forward to getting up early and exercising and I know it's working because my arms, shoulders, butt, and hips are sore! As for eating, sticking with a plant-based diet is the way to go and I love that I get to eat a lot!
