So when I started my detox about 2 months ago I lost weight , I was in the right mindset... until about a month ago, just had stress levels that are out of this world , have not been training coz work has been so hectic. Even when I got a chance to train I was so exhausted I rather wanted to sleep 😔 So Ive picked up everything I’ve lost and realized how hectic stress can effect you. Literally draining you physically and mentally . nonetheless Im gonna get my focus back TODAY!! 💪 let’s do this 🤗
