That was me yesterday... craved something sweet and a heaped teaspoon of peanut butter was the solution. (Better response since I banned my husband from buying chocolate bars and putting them in the fridge.)

I just really need something that's easy to eat and high in calories. I'm trying to maintain at 72kg, but I keep on underestimating how much food my body needs.
