最近很容易餓,
所以都吃二餐下午還有一次小餐
6-7點過後就不吃,也不餓了
今天一早起床7點打掃到晚上7點多
覺得自己好強😆高度運動喔!
手臂已經快不是我的了
👑經期End 好累所以諾麗果粉沒吃
68.3 kg Lost so far: 11.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.4 kg a Week
