Alright guys. Trying this again. I'm back where I started once again. But that's okay. I'm going to work hard and keep my head up. I have a treadmill to work with and I have my mom keeping me on track. My mom just got the Lap Band surgery and we are getting healthy together. I also went to a weight loss clinic. They hooked me up with some appetite suppressants and a metabolism booster. Hopefully,this time is going to be it. I really want this for myself.
I put 199 as my first goal. When I get back into the hundreds again it'll be a victory in itself. My overall goal weight would be 150. I weighed that in high school and I looked amazing! LOL
