It is very hard to follow low carb diet. but I am doing it. So far lost just over 9 kg since starting. My problem is I can't stop weighing myself 🙈 and get disappointed when I don't lose weight. It has been a long life battle but I am getting there. But in a way the scale also motivates me...weird I know...😄
