Today was a good day. I did better on the track, ran 1/2 mile walked 3/4 of a mile. Sticking to my diet. Drinking water... well I could drink a little more water...
60.8 kg Lost so far: 8.4 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
