I'm pretty shocked... finally, a loss!! yayy!! this is just what i needed to keep me on track! The weird thing is, (and forgive me, this may be TMI), it's about to be that time of the month, so I know i'm carrying water weight right now... HmMm, so i could actually weigh a little less!! woohoo, works for me!! I just might reach my mini goal of 240 lbs by the beginning of september! Having my new job helps a LOT, I'm always walking at a speed of at least 2.5 miles an hour for at least 4 hours straight! no sitting!! I have work today so I'm looking forward to burning more calories. I'm excited because I see a difference in my clothes, and I took my measurements again. The Results? I lost 2'' in my bust, 1'' in my lower bust, lost 3/4 '' in my waist, 1/2'' in my lower midsection, 1/4'' in my hips, 3/4'' in my right arm, and 1/4'' in my left arm. This is since June 12th, so in just about 2 weeks I lost 5.5 inches in my body all over! yay for meee!! I'm rather excited! I can't wait to shrink more! Mainly in my midsection because that's the largest area on my body... Wish me luck! Good luck to all of you out there!!
