I wish I could learn to do portion control better. I have no problem doing exercise but I love food way too much. I just want to get to the point where I can feel good about myself again, regardless of my weight I just want to feel comfortable in my clothes again.
I will have to work on my self control and just keep on pushing through. 🍽
