Not much time today so just a quick one. Worked ALL weekend from morning until night both outside and in and got myself prepared for the week. A little hectic on the weekend with all the chores and all, but I am glad to have things accomplished.
Not much to say about the diet. Was especially hungry last night so I had a bit of cottage cheese after watching True Blood, which I probably should have left alone, but other than that, staying well on track.
My goal this week is to figure out the exercise conundrum. I am fine with aerobic, but I need a routine of strength and resistance training I can do at home without equipment other than weights, since I can't afford the gym anymore. I'll be thinking about this and working on it the next couple days. If anyone has suggestions, would love to hear them.
