Good weigh in today. As many of you know my overall weight is not the issue with me. It is the constant reminder to "do the right thing" which means to eat right and exercise right.
When I do these things, as you know, we feel so much better.
Good Spin cycle workout this morning 50 mins at about 130 bpm. Hope to have burned around 5kcals.
Family is doing well. Wife is working on lawn after a good 3+ mile walk and kids are doing their thing.
