So just restarting induction..though it hasnt been "clean." Im eating a bar a day..though staying well below 20 net carbs/day. Does that count? Im also not eating after 6pm no matter how much Im tempted. It gives my body time to metabolize the fat I ate and the fat Im carrying around my midsection.

6 is a little too early to stop eating. I'd aim for around 7:30 or 3 hours before bed. If you let yourself get too hungry at night you're bound to get snacky and possibly binge...Hopefully you have more willpower then I've had lately and you'll do GREAT!!

Actually, I work from 6-1030pm 4x/week...so I stop eating at 5:30haha. I dont get cravings when I work cuz Im too busy taking care of sick people! Weekends...can be different!

Shannon, nobody can work harder at dieting than you! you are incredibly durable, my friend! if you had weekends under control, you'd be perfect! hmmmm....is that possible?? :)
