I did drop today and that is wonderful. I have to go to the gym and spend one hour walking, jogging, riding the bike or on the elyptical trainer. Also, I have to spend time lifting weights and really focusing on the movement and not worry too much about how many pounds I am pushing. I just want to get the body in better shape and lose weight. I have to drink more water plus I have to make sure I don't over eat and just make a conscious effort to eat less and eat less at all times.
