Haven't been on here in awhile... Just recovering from a bladder infection and so I haven't been able to completely concern myself with weight loss; health is always a priority. Today, I started back on strict eating habits and am allowing myself back on caffeine. My newest endeavor will be the "Couch to 5k" running program. I plan to begin in about a week... Thats how long I need to find a place to run... Currently, just eating less and taking SlimQuick...
