I was at the Dr's the other day and of course she weighted me. I didn't want to see the number. I was afraid. I haven't really been keeping up with checking my weight on a regular basis or counting my points (I have been keeping up with eating well & healthy). Although I have been keeping up with doing LOTS of exercise but sometimes that doesn't always show the numbers a person wants.
I joined a walking group with some friends. I am also power walking at 5am with my hubby man. I go the gym in the mornings for an hour of aerobics. I call it quits and wrap it all up by lunch time and count myself lucky for fitting it all in for the day and being able to have the time to do it all.
I guess it's paying off. :)
