都有吃飽飽哦!只是吃的都一樣,所以沒po上來😅😅還有每天水有拼命喝,基本我得喝2800,但我努力喝到3500!(真心覺得多喝水有差,連通宵體重也掉)再加上這禮拜是減重黃金期!

水我真的喝不了太多⋯ 1千就很了不起⋯ 我上班滿忙的,更不會記得喝水😅⋯ 水喝少 真的會水腫⋯

其實我上班也不方便喝水(我的工作場所禁止喝水😅),我都等下班補充水分,如果不愛喝水可以試著放些水果切片增加水味哦!🙂🙂
