Yup, i was right. The weight loss has slowed to a stop. But thats okay, i did intense weight training last night, and i'm positive its water retention. I also did some google research and learned that changing to a vegetarian diet screws with your estrogen level, also could alter your iron levels (not getting enough if not eating red meat) and i think a mix of that is why i've been feeling so 'off' lately. My period was whacky this month and it had me a little worried, but according the good ol web, it should be back to normal once my hormones get used to me eating more soy and less protien, hopefully within the next month or 2. If not, i will definitley be consulting my doc. I'm wearing a pair of pants today that i bought in February, they are a size 10 and were a tad snug when i bought them. They are so baggy now that it is uncomfortable. lol I REALLY need to get some new pants. for real, this coming pay check it has got to happen. I'll go to Kohl's, they always have good sales.
Since my weight loss is slowing, i am hiding my scale. I'm aiming to hide it for 2 weeks, and if i can stand it, an entire month. I doubt i'll make it that far though, but we shall see. I'll just keep working out, keep tracking my calories and see where i end up in a few weeks. All of this weight fluctuation is stressing me out and i do not need that!!!
