I only weigh in on Sunday morning, but just for today I am weighing in at a lower weight. Maybe it will spur me on to lose the final 10 lbs. because I don't want to register a weight gain!
69.5 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
