Not enough energy from not enough sleep to make it to the gym yesterday. I ended up laying down for a quick nap that lasted until bedtime.
I cut my calories to adjust last night.

Yeah, this is true for me. Last night I didn't get enough and man I wanted brownies for breakfast in the worst way. I think it's a good day to fast instead. Smack that little craving upside the head.

I always fight taking a nap, but remembered your post and how you needed some sleep, so I made myself go lay down and took a much needed nap.
