Little bit of education goes a long way. Reading up on the food i consume and decreasing my portion sizes has helped alot. Cutting sugar biggest struggle, but im doing very good so far.
76.6 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 16.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
