Progress, happiness!!!! Seeing calories of food before I eat it really works in getting me to eat less of the wrong things. Total of 4.8kgs down in 25 days. Yeah!!!!
74.8 kg Lost so far: 4.8 kg.    Still to go: 14.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
