still at the 144.8 mark but I'm trying yoga and a 7 day waist challenge along with my walk. spool let's see if that's going to help my results. still using thermonuke and taking b12. diet has not been what I need it be tho. I need to get on my own ass about what I'm taking in calorie wise and be more Adamant. keeping my chin(s) up tho! Lol
