A small loss this week. Hard to get back on track after the holiday eating spree. I am craving sweet treats. Need to get back to meal planning. I have lost and gained the same 2 pounds over the last few months. Lord give me strength. We are getting ready for a snow storm here. So will be staying in, doing some cleaning and some sewing.
