Okay, I won't lie, I'm a little disappointed... BUT in 2 days the infamous shark week will strike. I have to remind myself often that during this time I can easily gain 2kg overnight (mostly water weight).
My trainer will send me my body fat % later today, as well as my centimeters so I can compare to last week. I'll update you all once I get the details 😊
