I'm kicking a$$!!! weight training 4 days a week, cardio 5 days a week, strict lean meat diet, no carbs, just fruits, grains, yogurt, salad, vegetables, and plenty of protein ike turkey tuna chicken eggs. weekdays I only drink water no other beverages or juices. on the weekends I cheat on one meal per day, so for example Saturday i will keep the diet for breakfast and dinner but I'll cheat for lunch with a slice of pizza or maybe a burger. this is really working, its just tough those first weeks cause you want to see results, but if you are patient, you will succeed. this isn't checkers, this is chess, take your time and attack your body with intelligence and strategy.
