Hate recording this, but it's actually much better than last week. I had actually tipped the scale at 140 one day last week, but I had been indulging in fried foods and a lot of salt for a few days, not to mention the wine. So I knew it was just bloat at that time. I have gone down a few ounces every day. Mondays are my official weigh in day, so I figured I best be honest with myself how much I still have to go. It's only 3 pounds more than my lowest before falling off the wagon last October, so it's not bad considering my choices the last 3 months. Need to get my den cleaned back up so I can resume my workouts too. I have been purging junk rather than working out and the den has been the collector of the boxes that weren't donated.
