So I'm at a plateu period, finding it hard to maintain under 130. I Need to truly focus on my eating habits. I feel more fit, it's losing the fat and my Body Percentage is staying below 30% so it's some slight decrease but still nothing significant. My P90x routine I'm getting stronger, I wanna increase my weight =) Currently, I drink ice tea with no sugar, Eat half of my portions when eating out, Continue to drink my water intake and today I'm gonna stick with fruits as my healthy snacks for the day and eat two or three a day inbetween meals. Let's see how this week goes =) Hopefully make some progress by Friday,for a friends Wedding =)
