今天大爆碳了。整天3杯黑咖啡
今天是凡人日😄就開心吃吧!
反正過年前來不及減了呵
一早吃烤雞配芋頭餅/芋頭圓/地瓜圓
中午一些珍奶又吃堅果😂
下午餓到手發抖,果然吃澱粉
容易血糖震盪起伏太大。😱
猛吃甜椒+甜柿+摩佐軟起士
再來一杯咖啡濃縮+馬斯卡澎😋End
晚餐吃麻辣火鍋配麥當勞薯條🍟
😛怎麼會瘦呢!胖到飽😌

怎麼可能才0.2😆 我都是一早起床量體重 但飲食是當天整天的 隔天才可怕😂 今天公佈驚嚇成績 多了+1.1公斤阿😅
