I forgot to weigh in yesterday. Lots of eating and drinking last week, all good fun of course, but it doesn't show here because I record the lowest weight from the week, which was on Wednesday morning before the excesses started. I'll have to work at it this week to get a good weight to record next Monday. It shouldn't be a problem 😀 Wishing everyone good luck with their weight goals at this tricky time of year 🍀
