udah hitung ulang BMR hasilnya di angka 1282,3 dan tdee 1538,76.. nah menurut q BB q sudah ideal , aku biasa makan di kisaran 1400 kalori..
kalo udah ideal harus tetep makan di 1400 atau 1500 itu.. soalnya ada bayang2 takut gemuk lagi 🤔. mohon sudi njawab dan kasih masukkan yg positif ..!!🙏🙏
