Not great but in all fairness I did eat quite a lot this weekend, including cake yesterday at a family members birthday lunch. 😔 So on the one hand at least I didn't gain over last weeks weight but on the other, I was in the lower 85's on Saturday morning (85.1kg)😭😔 That said, I regret nothing! That cake was delicious. 🤭🤭
