Ok, I am not going to get upset however I am up 1 lb today. I walked 5 k on Sun and 3 k yesterday and did not eat any bad foods. My feet are not swollen so don't think it's water. Hopefully tomorrows results will be better.
98.3 kg Lost so far: 1.9 kg.    Still to go: 25.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
