Slowly but surely... Still not in the safe zone of 79.... Cutting down on the cardio, stopped running but walking for 30 min... It is hard cause I just want to run... but what is helping is the fact that my asthmatic chest has just not been fine the last few days... the pump is not settling it down...gotta see the doctor I guess...😟😩
