1 lbs gain... all I have to say is that this is not ok...
121.6 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Maybe too much sodium yesterday or too many bad carbs, bread, potato salad and corn would show a gain on me too, but it will come right off. You're doing fantastic and thats what this is all about...looking at your food diary, seeing what you ate the day before a gain, and taking that and applying it now. You'll start seeing specific foods that make you gain and you can take immediate action. This is a good thing really. You can nip it in the bud and you now know what foods you do well with...you are clearly doing very well! Hang in there friend! You really are doing GREAT! (I had a vision of Tony the tiger with his #1 symbol)lol

Your chart really is amazing. There are bound to be days when the scale gets stubborn. Im sure you will move it downward again in no time.

Flush it off by drinkin a bucket of water today and follow the beach to a T and you'll see it disappear before your eyes! =D Keep on keepin' on! :)

Thank you for the nice comments :) Today has been a low calorie day, i am missing maybe 100 calorie from taboulet thats not in the list. i had plenty of waqter and green tea! :) Although i did have frays baked potato chips because they looked sooo good. :) Woohoo made it to phase 2. i need to read up to see how to introduce phase 2 correctly.

I added one new food a week, giving my body plenty of time to see how it reacted to each new food before progressing to the next. I learned which foods helped and which foods hurt me this way. I also started with foods lowest in the glycemic index, like grapefruit. They also suggest starting with a food you're really missing most. A lot of people chose cereal, I wanted whole wheat tortillas. lol Just go slow enough to really make sure the food youre trying doesnt cause you to hold weight, gain weight or trigger cravings. You are doing SO AWESOME...I'm doing the happy, happy, joy, joy dance for you. And if you saw it, you'd be laughing! Bravo!

Thanks for understanding my insane attempts for justice! Teaching lackies that think they can "handle" customers, but they just aren't paid enough to make me happy or content and I ALWAYS end up with a manager or managers manager! lol The way I see it, is if I've paid the exorbitant gobs of money for something that isn't up to par, well boy howdy!! Yer darn straight, it'll be fixed and my valuable time and money will be compensated for! Have good night and keep on keepin' on! ~bully
