So I last weighed in in August, which is also when I got pregnant!
I'm 12 weeks now, I had hoped not to gain any weight in my first trimester but despite not eating more than normal exhaustion (wow was I tired)and nausea meant that I haven't stayed as active as I would have liked and a bit of weight has crept on.
I really want to make sure I gain the right amount of weight to have a healthy pregnancy but not too much, especially since I was right at the high end of a normal BMI when I got pregnant (and according to a body scan carrying a bit too much body fat) so I'm going to tracking what I eat and do to try and keep myself on track.
