Post splurge gains are hard to face, I know, but you had a lovely weekend away with your family so it was well earned. And I have every confidence that 2 lbs is not going to "stick" because you will get right back on track and drink lots of water and, before you know it, that little gain will be history. And you'll still have the memories of your wonderful weekend!

Aw, we all start out with good intentions... but you know you deserved to have a weekend off and really enjoy yourself! So try not to think of it as "punishment"... I know I do the same when I splurge and then feel really guilty about it afterwards. But I know you are so dedicated and that little gain will be off again and MORE before you know it! I hope you had a lovely weekend though... we missed you, so it's nice to have you back. ;o)
