I seem to be very short of time at the moment. There's stuff I need to do before we go back to Spain in a couple of weeks, on online course I'm trying to finish, more activity in Pokémon Go since Mike started playing a few weeks ago, and lots of going out in the evening. And yet I'm still spending time on another game I enjoy, but which really is a waste of time! I think I'd better cut that down or out, and put other things first.
Other than that, weight is okay, and I'm keeping up with the exercise. I feel I could do with increasing weight for the arm exercises, which would mean buying another dumbbell, but for now, I'm just going to wait until I get back to Spain, where I have those kind of dumbbells you can add extra weights to, and see how it goes over the winter. Anyway it's nice to feel that I'm a bit stronger than I was at the start of summer 😀
