You can do this....like keyki said, you need to fight and push and force yourself to do this if this is really what you want to do. Stick with your goal, I know you can, I have faith! She is also right about getting on the scale, make sure you always weight in the am right after you get up and always try to be sure you weigh on the same scale in the same area. It really does make a huge difference. I have weighed at night and I weight so much more then in the am, that is when you need to do it. Something that I did was make it a treat for me....push myself for the 10 days and then find out where I stood. I try not to weigh in except for every 10 days, I know I have done it a little more, but it is better to wait as much as you can! There are many things that can contribute to your weight, so as long as you are doing it at the same time and same place you should be just fine.
