The body an interesting thing, and we might know a bit about some general things it is and has, but we cannot confidently say we know it all. 100 gram only...? I realise I need to try and understand only my body and do what works for it only. Anyway it is a loss and that is all that counts... Gotta keep moving... I know I should not be nervous but I am a little anxious about the fitness assessment I'm doing today... Gotta see it for what it is, a revelation of where I'm at and where I want and need to be... Hope it can help me want to take it higher and at the same time encourage me for what I already have achieved with this beautiful and amazing body God gave me...
