alhamdulillah diet 12 hari 3kg 😁😁😁😁😁
57 kg Lost so far: 7 kg.    Still to go: 9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Aku olahraga nya cuma sabtu minggu aja , soalnya kuliah full banget . Itu jga olahraga cuma hit cardio 15 menit sama plank udah :")
