真的 教練也説 重訓完去跑步會瘦 雖然跑的時候有點酸 但好像對緊繃的肌肉可以稍作伸展

滾筒也很好用!跑的時候雖然很痛苦,但起碼隔天早上起來就不會全身像被雷打到🤣
