Boy am I loving this! Even with a tiny cheat of 2 cups of cold,crisp, juicy watermelon cubes instead of birthday cake for my birthday this week I'm still a LOSER!! Going to be really good this week so it doesn't come back and bite me in the butt but I'm so happy! I feel so good! I'm loving all the great food I'm getting to enjoy, I'm loving how I never feel stuffed but I'm never hungry, just satisfied. I tried CC's sauage/egg muffins this week with a little spinach in them and everyone loved them when they were here for the holiday weekend! Never knew healthy could taste so good! My best present was finding boot camp!
77.6 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg.    Still to go: 23.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Happy Birthday, how many carbs in Watermelon? I don't really want to touch fruit until I'm down more and will start with Strawberries since that is what is recommended. I have to try the muffins is the recipe on fat secret? I've found that I really enjoy fresh spinach now, something I never really did until BC.

depending on the size of the diced / cubed watermelon, 2 cups = 20+ carbs...just thought you'd want to know... but I am sure birthday cake is likely more!! Glad to hear you are getting back on track this week. And, Happy Birthday!

Yeah, I know watermelon is about the worst fruit choice there is but at least it was a fruit and not chocolate cake and frosting. The white flour, white sugar and tons of calories would have been even worse. At least the watermelon didn't start up my cravings again and I'm sure the cake would have. Would hate to go through the 3 day withdrawal again of being ready to kill for a chocolate chip cookie! Thanks for the birthday wishes and being here to keep me on track (at least until my next birthday!)
