still the same but i did touch the 161 breifly. I have fallen off the wagon and i know why stress so i resort back to the old way of being but not as bad as i used to be which i pat myself on the back for. I now try to find other things to do to keep my mind off food. I am very glad that i have great family support and my husband. But its my darn brain i have to keep training.
73.5 kg Lost so far: 14.7 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Really good that you are sticking to it. Keeping on the wagon during stressful periods is a challenge for lots of people. I think that one of the best first steps is recognizing that (and clearly you have!) - Good luck.
