Kalo jarang olahraga, mending jangan langsung kardio atau zumba. Step by step aja. Nanti bakal terbiasa. Semangaaaaat!

cobain hitcardio cari gerakannya di youtube, yulia balchun or zehra allibhai cukup 10 menit sehari, selama 4 bulan, ganti sarapan dgn foodclean, kalo aerobic or zumba kata mereka lama n brt badan suka yoyo di buatnya
