hey guys...hi i am so glad to be back...i had originally started atkins back in mid january and was losing in the beginning but with the health issues and all the pain i just didnt feel like i could keep up anymore...i do have the ball rolling and have been to several docs...new gyn says i need a total hysterectomy due to scar tissue and ovarian cysts, and then once my 6 weeks of healing time is complete, i will be having kidney surgery to remove 4 kidney stones..so still in pain kel unfortunately bc they cant even get me in for the first surgery till end of july , early august..but i do like both docs and feel comfortable with them..the initial shock is over and im just happy that it will be done in due time...thank god....thanks you guys for stopping in and missed ya..and feel free to hit me up anytime..peace and love dar
