Got through 180. Still following low carb diet, can’t quite say it’s Leto though. Added running to program, it was only 10 min at a 14 min/mile pace. How far I have come from being a triathlete to this. But also how far I have come the other way, having dropped 57# since my max. Now weights and cycling as of tomorrow. New goal 175# in a month. All of you keep going.
