"siklus perdietan"
1 minggu diet turun 1 kg, minggu berikutnya khilaf naik lagi 1 kg, lalu diet lagi, lalu khilaf lagi....😰
50.5 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
