Well it is over, I weighed myself and I am not happy. I was hoping to be in the 160's this week, but missed it by 4oz. I knew I should not have had a snack yesterday. Oh well it is what it is.

Thanks Suzi, I will try to be more optamistic it has just been a rough day. I am trying to get the energy to go for a walk, but all I want to do is get in my bed and cry. I feel like all the energy has been drained out of me today from stress. I really need to stop letting all this stuff way me down.
