@chris Yep. That's been my takeaway on every similar resource, too. I spent some time looking this am for guys who lift fasted (not fcukn IF, fasted for days). Very few, but there are a couple dudes on youtube pulling over 500# and supposedly a couple weeks fasted. I dunno. Very rare. I'm with you. Try that shit out and see what works.

BTW - Even Cole Robinson, who is the hardest core fasting / keto proponent I've seen and a competitive powerlifter says "fcuk keto" for lifting once you have abs.

@chris Just read your other post. IIRC the rippedbody dude is a discipline of Martin Berkhan, the leangains dude. If you haven't read it, check out Martin's "fcukarounditis" post on leangains.com. That's the sh^t that finally got me sorted in the gym ...
