10 day result, haven't been on diet for the past 10 days, guess I decided to relax a bit. I was loosing too much weight in a short period.

This week I am starting again but this time want to experiment with only 0,5 grams a week, to loose 2 kg in a month.

Overall at least now I know the trick to what to do if I gain the weight back in the future.
60.1 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 5.1 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
